PROJECT SCOPE:
Granulizing is inseparable part of tiles and ceramic industries and making granulizing plant with high level quality was the main reason to make granulizing plant to use product in next ceramic, tile or other industries. Hence, SERAM DIRGODAZ granulizing plant designed by considering all of effective parameters in granulizing plant to produce high quality granule as well as cost-effective and eco-friendly system. Mentioned parameters was comprised of Moisture, Particle Size, Permeability coefficient and elastic modules that had been tested and studied in credible laboratory in GSZ research department.
So SERAM DIRGODAZ granulizing plant has been designed to make usable material with high quality of granule for ceramic and tile industries with 80,000 ton capacity per year by ability to use a various materials like Bentonite, Kaolin and feldspar. This plant feed is supplied from micronized grinding powders with constant mineralogical properties suitable for use in next industries with product that is bagged granule and can be transported in big 1 ton bags and as a bulk material to the next process for all around of IRAN.
