PROJECT SCOPE:
Flotation, which is referred to flotation beneficiation, is a sorting methods based on the different physical and chemical properties of the surface of mineral particles, according to the differences of mineral floatability. Pre-concentration of material before last process is a main principle to reduce operating costs and additive usage. High capacity and low operating cost of flotation is a unique feature of flotation process that has made this method as most cost-effective method. This project is an ongoing project now and primary study and some equipment design is running simultaneously. The ROOY PARVAR flotation project has been defined with aim of 100,000 ton lead and zinc ore processing by flotation method and use product with specified characterization suitable for zinc leaching process.
Acid usage decreasing in leaching process, eliminate some distracting elements for leaching process, reduce TC rate and make competitive process is advantage of this project.
